If you don't already know how to finger knit this video will help you get started.
For your infinity scarf
Finger knit a length of scarf that will wrap three or four times around your neck comfortably. Leave enough yarn to make the cuffs.
Join the ends together to make an infinity scarf - you can knot them or sew them in. I left some tails on mine and spread out the yarn to expose the netting.

In an earlier post I showed you how to finger knit a cord - How to Finger Knit a Necklace - follow those instruction to make a cord about 8-10 inches long. I left a long tail on either end and spread out the yarn to expose the net just because I like that look but you can trim them if you prefer.
